I've never seen something like that. At which point does it happen? Did you check the md5 of downloaded file? I guess it's a video problem, this 1002:515e is on-board video, right? Maybe if you use an off-board video card.

If you installed ML and after installing Chameleon you get "boot0: error" when booting from HD, here's a way to fix it. How would I know? I don't know which SATA controller you have. If you can get an ATA kext for your controller, you can use OS X in IDE mode. I would use both OS X and Windows in AHCI mode.

Remova a linha 17 que tá causando o erro, ela tá duplicada. Pra remover o Chameleon é só excluir o arquivo boot e a pasta Extra da raiz da partição do Mac, as outras partes ficam no MBR e no superblock da partição, não precisa remover. O prefPane que eu saiba tá desatualizado, melhor usar o Chameleon Wizard.

Você tem que identificar cada problema e aplicar a melhor solução, nem sempre é trocar o Chameleon. Se você quer um Mac OS funcionando "meia boca" sem ter muito trabalho, instale o iATKOS e pronto. Não faz sentido você fazer uma instalação limpa e depois sair instalando tudo às escuras, sem ler nada.

The kexts in USB base system are not the ones installed to the HD. Read that topic, you need to adjust some settings to enable the graphics drivers.
