It's not correct, you should paste the hex string, not the plist. How did you generate it? Did you extract from ioreg when video works with GraphicsEnabler? Edit: this is how it should be org.chameleon.Boot.plist.zip

I mean you should try to extract the string generated by GraphicsEnabler when it works, then disable it and insert the string into Boot.plist. I'm guessing Chameleon is having problem to generate device-properties string, but sometimes it works. Are you using GraphicsEnabler? If so, when it works, run the command to extract generated device-properties, then copy and paste it to Boot.plist and remove GraphicsEnabler.

When you click the magnifying glass it says the PciRoot is 0 or 1? Did you try booting with kexts installed after using Chameleon Wizard?
