Why would you want to do that? Just check what "fix errors" changes on those lines. If you mean compile ignoring errors, you can run iasl in terminal or use some frontend like iaslMe. Warnings should not cause any problem.

Depois de atualizar o BIOS você precisa extrair a nova DSDT original e aplicar os patches novamente. Se continuar usando a DSDT do BIOS antigo, provavelmente terá problemas.
