Não é recomendável usar a DSDT de outro PC, mesmo que seja o mesmo modelo. Use a original e aplique apenas os patches necessários. Não, IntelThermal só pra temperatura do CPU. ACPIMonitor até pode servir, mas precisa de ajustes na DSDT. O que você precisa é de um destes: IT87x (ITE), PC8739x (NSC), NCT677x (NUOVOTON), W836x (WINBOND), F718x (FINTEK). Se o chip do seu laptop não é nenhum desses, aí acho que não tem jeito. Talvez pelo ACPIMonitor.
