Parece problema de vídeo. Mudou alguma coisa nas kexts ou na ativação das mesmas? http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40 Não tem erro nessa tela, nesse momento deveria entrar no ambiente gráfico.

Remova a kext que causa o KP. Pelo USB entra porque ele tem uma Disabler que desabilita essa kext.
