Acho mais provável que o problema seja o root-dmg do que o npci. Se tá usando Clover você pode editar nas opções pelo menu do próprio boot loader. O valor do npci você tem que testar, se funcionar sem definir, nem precisa. Se sem ele travar em "PCI configuration begin", teste outros valores.

O Mirone já falou, mas volto a recomendar uma instalação limpa a partir da imagem original, essa niresh nós não usamos e não damos suporte. Pela imagem o problema parece ser nos kernel flags (boot-args), root-dmg=file:///BaseSystem.dmg não faz sentido numa instalação já feita, e definir duas vezes o npci também não faz o menor sentido. Fazendo tudo desde o início, a partir do instalador original, você entende o que está fazendo e evita esse tipo de engano.

It's not FPED that causes the errors, but the IF. There can't be IF/ELSE directly inside a device, it must be inside a method. This syntax error causes all other errors. The correct fix would be moving that code block into method _INI, which is called when the device is started.

DSDT Editor extracts DSDT exactly the same way as the command you posted, from ioreg. You can use any text editor and iasl command line tool to compile/decompile, you don't need to use DSDT Editor. Once you fix the "one error" of your "cleaner DSDT" you will get all the same errors and warnings (unless you use older version of iasl, which doesn't show as many warnings and errors as the newer versions).
