Se já tá instalando via USB não precisa criar CD de boot, basta colocar a kext da controladora no pen drive (S/L/E). Use o app System Info (tópico fixo aqui na seção hardware) para ver o device ID da controladora, então procure pelo device ID no HCL (link na página principal) e veja qual kext é usada.
