If you upload run me files, at least I can help to see if there is anything strange. Anyway, I advise not to install kext in S/L/E. Have you also rebuild permissions/cache and reboot? I am also interested to know how you eventually solved your i2c trackpad?

Add the lines below in Clover's kext to patch. Edit: You did not have voodooI2C kexts in clover nor do you have a patched DSDT in your clover patched folder. You still need to use injector kext as per the guide you posted. Edit: You probably need to rename GFX0 to IGPU, too.

Boot into clover, press spacebar and block kext The aptiofixdrv error is due to incompatibility and not due to the added kext. You should explore other options of aptio drivers.
