Enable csm on bios U need remove some kext on system folder, use only on bootloader kexts folder

Just remove these kexts after generate new kext with this tool. To avoid problems use EFI from HERE -You can remove unused ports and stay on 15 ports limit with XhciPortLimit Quirk disable.
