zyzz Posted July 12, 2020 Posted July 12, 2020 hello @MaLd0n, i have working latest dev Open Core 0.6.0 with Big Sur installed, but i experiencing random freezes and reboots, got panics "WindowServer crash" i got this same issue with oc 0.5.9 with Catalina. zyzz Posted July 13, 2020 Posted July 13, 2020 No. But i dont think this can be issue like i dont have these reboots and freezes on Clover. I have it only with Open Core. Also, boot efi and clover efi are just compiled with latest commit clover or its modified?

Neste caso se Eu fizer uma pasta EFI e montar dentro deste HD externo ele vai funcionar? Ou tenho que alterar meu boot do SSD para poder funcionar? Tem mais uma situação, fiz um penDrive de instalação com a imagem baixada aqui no site Big Ser beta 2 e fiz as alterações pra dar boot pelo Clover. Funcionou até o ponto de Panic na Kext VirtualSMC. suren munoo Posted July 15, 2020 Posted July 15, 2020 @MaLd0n Just to give you some feedback on the hack mate, So it seems to be running fine so far, I also created another HD running big sur but did a vanilla install by creating my own image using your instructions onto a usb and using OC as the boot loader and have no issues, it updated to beta 2 easy and I am using it daily, seems slow compared to Catalina but works, all devices work including HDMI sound, graphics, eternet, messaging, FaceTime etc. 1 Gigabyte Z490 Vision D i7-11700K RocketLake Powercolour RX6800XT MacOS Big Sur Monterey

I restored BS dmg to disk successfully. Installed Clover 5120 on flash drive. Already tried different settings in config.plist but with no luck. always stuck at one place. So I need your help again.
