Let's start

System password is 1234

 

Work in internal or external HDD/SSD / Don't restore to your Mojave/Catalina macOs SSD

 

1- Download this .dmg and put in your desktop

2- Open terminal and mount .dmg

-Run in terminal-

hdid -nomount "/Users/olarila.com/Desktop/macOS_11.dmg"

*change user*

3- Check disks with diskutil list in terminal 

***Pay attention, you need restore partition that has EFI partition and 120gb, check image below***

-Run in terminal-

diskutil list

In my case .dmg mounted is disk5 and my NVME is disk1

*mounted .dmg have 120 gb*

4- Unmount Disk

*Make changes according to the result in the terminal*

-Run in terminal-

diskutil unmountDisk /dev/disk1

5- Restore

*Make changes according to the result in the terminal*

Restore from disk5 to disk1

-Run in terminal-

sudo dd if=/dev/disk5 of=/dev/disk1 bs=32m

with ctrl + t you can check progress

Restore is done.

Boot into system and enjoy!

Resize Disk After restore Thanks to Pavo

To resize the physical disk of BigSur when using this method

*Identify the physical disk

diskutil list

*repair the physical disk partition

sudo diskutil repairDisk diskX

*Resize the physical disk container volume

sudo diskutil apfs resizeContainer diskXs2 0

não. pode ser GUID/HFS tb

Do I need to edit on Clover and add patches or something?
Or just past your PREMADE CLOVER in EFI? *after mount and restore Big Sur to the disk*

@MaLd0n Posso utilizar minha pasta Efi do Clover, já com todos as modificações necessárias para meu laptop, e só atualizar as kexts e os arquivos do Clover para usar o Big Sur? Li que o "Lapic Kernel", está sendo inutilizado, no caso, procede? Ou consigo ainda manter o Kernel habilitado para o Big Sur?

outputs:

dd: bs: illegal numeric value

What should I do in this case? 

Edit: fixed by using lowercase "m"

How do you add those vales? It doesn't give me the option.

You need a plist editor. Open the config.plist you have, ctrl+f and paste "KernelAndKextPatches" and the other one , enter the values like that or use clover configurator.

Hello, I do not have these settings in my BIOS. I do not have a built-in graphics card. asus p7p55d pro. xeon x3470. out of more than 50 downloads, only 4 were successful.

I've done all things adviced above by Daniel, and to use qiurcs from opencore instead of AppleMemory fix driver here results KP, no matter what I try!

HI dear, i am trying to boot Bigsur on my skylake system, i did the img restore , i have 2 ssd drives on my laptop, one is internal and the second is connected via cd caddy, the restoring process going fast and fine, my system never boot , there are many errors related to usb , i tried the clover to boot, system halted, while when i connect the ssd to usb holder, it boots well , but it never boot while the ssd is internal, attached is the Runme files, my system is working very well on catalina and i am using OC and clover, waiting any reply or help, thank you, my hardware is dell skylake , hd 520
