Ola,instalei o lion e o snow nesse note em GUID,o lion(10.7.3)tenho tudo funcionando,agora no snow eu atualizei do 10.6 para 10.6.8 e não conssigo bootar ele mais,me parece que o meu pb esta relacionado com a grafica,ele boota normal e para em DSMOS has arrivied,ja tentei todas as flags,nada funcinou.

Por favor como devo proceder essa pós instalação no 10.6.8?

OBS:Eu abri um topico a respeito desse mesmo notebook na seção do Lion,se os moderadores acharem por bem juntar os topicos fiquem a vontade.

Tente remover as kexts da Intel HD para subir o sistema, depois teste com as kexts que funcionam no Lion.

Provavelmente vai ter que patchear a AICPM para poder remover a Null.

No Lion eu não precisei mecher em nada,nem GraphicsEnabler=Yes no plist precisou,como eu posso saber qual as kexts testar(seria as kexts HD3000?)

Estranho, porque no SpeedStepper ele fala em 10 ocorrências, por isso botei a verificação.

Se não atualizou o cache depois de remover as kexts, use -f no boot.

Remova também as AppleIntelSNB.

Removi todas,são 9 kexts no total,inclusive a AppleVA.Bundle,as kexts que estão carregadas no Lion são exatamente essas,somente duas:AppleIntelHD3000Graphics.kext

AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext tentei bootar com elas la,mais nada,não sei mais oque fazer,olha isso no proprio da apple:

If you carry out all the following steps and still can't boot, then you have a hardware failure:

Reset the SMC and NVRAM.

Disconnect all wired peripherals.

Boot from the installation disc

Partition the internal drive with the default options.

Run the Installer.

Reboot without importing anything.

Connect to Ethernet.

Run Software Update.

Boot again.

Mais é em um mac real.

Eu instalaria o Mountain Lion DP1 para ter um segundo OS, não vale a pena ficar brigando com uma versão que mal suporta o seu hardware.

Ola,conssegui instalar o snow nesse note,retirei duas kexts para consseguir ver a tela pelo monitor do note,IntelHDGraphics.kext e IntelHDSNBGraphicsFB.kext,fiz variso testes com outras kexts,cheguei a por em screensharing e rolou com aceleração só em screensharing(cheguei a ter tela preta no note-monitor interno),alguem ajuda um rumo,pq tem muito pouca ciosa sobre...Obg.

Obs:usando chimera 1.8.0 com suporte ao 10.8 e GraphicsEnabler=Yes.

EDIT/RESOLVIDO:

Google e achei a solução,dowload essas kexts:intel hd 3000 kexts.zip

Instale manualmente (antes apague as iguais existentes)ou com o kextwizard ou kextutility eu fiz como na fonte,no poste original o cara manda instalar manualmente em S/L/E.

Após instalar as kexts rode os comandos no terminal:

sudo su -
cd /Sys*/Lib*/Ext*
chown -R root:wheel AppleIntelHDGraphics.kext
chown -R root:wheel AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext
chmod -R 755 AppleIntelHDGraphics.kext
chmod -R 755 AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext
kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel
kextcache -system-caches

 

Reboot e o video funciona com aceleração QE/CI.

Obs:Aqui funcionou Mac OS X 10.6.8 smbios.plist MacBook Pro 8,1 Intel HD 3000 Mobile 128mb(na bios e 288MB no system profile) ID-01168086 o post original usa MacMini como smbios.
