Can someone please help me.

I have brought a new GPU Vega 56 to replace my old GPU rx580.

My hackintosh is working completely fine.

What steps should I take before physically replacing the old GPU for my new one?

Hi Maldon

Yes all kexts were updated.

I have managed to find a way to operate into the os after several trials and errors.

I run a dual monitor setup.... however the only way I can go into the os and avoid the black screen is when one of my monitors is only connected to displayport 1 (the very right hand side port).

Anytime I add the second screen to either the hdmi or displayport 2, I seem to get a black screen on both monitors.

Can you kindly advise. Shall I post a run_me with my single monitor setup connected to displayport 1?

And I can run a dual screen setup in windows with no problems so I know it's not anything to do with the GPU.
