Já fiz Reset ao Cmos da bios, e já repuz a bios com o programa AFUDOS. Instalei o Win7 em um disco e acontece o mesmo.... Deve ser problema da board mesmo. Vai ficar assim! Está top! D

Li algumas coisas sobre esse problema e quase todos actualizaram a bios e resolveu. Aqui nao resolveu. Continua igual... Talvez programando uma nova bios possa resolver.
