help, problem updating to big sur (read)

I need help! I'm trying to upload to bigsur from catalina, my efi is up to date, opencore too and the kexkts, in fact I put the bigsur installer on a bootable usb before running the update on my main drive, so check there is no problem, until here everything is fine, the problem is that to update now and do the bigsur update, I start my bootable usb but for some strange reason my hard drive where I have my catalina installation does not appear, the partition does not appear, which is in an nvme m .2 disk, so it won't let me continue with the update.
What can be? How can I get my installation disk to appear?
