dell optiplex 3090 blackscreen

hi ive got new dell 3090 with i5 10505 processor .. ive set dvmt to 64 and gfx mem to max but i still got black screen .. i only get display iwth -igfxvesa so i enterned remotly nd i saw its working good ,, i used olarila efi and eextrected send me could anyone help me getting igpu working ?
