CMOS system time counter not working after update Monterey

Hi All

I installed new hackintosh monterey using olarila clover efi 

--CHIPSET SERIES 10, 20 (SKYLAKE / KABYLAKE)

All thing working perfect but when i shutdown or restart hackintosh, system time counter in bios stuck and not increase 

I must remove and place cmos battery again if i want to counter working

but everytime i shutdown hackintosh, all above problem stuck again

My specs: 

Msi z170 tomahawk motherboard 

Intel core i7 6700 skylake chipset 

Intel hd 530 

No external gpu

use updated folder with this video patch and change smbios

don't add ssdts, use only olarila efi folder opencore, clover efi folders need update

I disabled sta rtc patch in config.plist and problem sloved 

But sometimes after shutdown/restart and start hackintosh again, after login 1 or 2 minutes, my hackintosh random freezes

-> I push shutdown button and hard shutdown computer 

Sometimes my hackintosh login and working perfect 

I don't known why
