Issue installing monterey

Hello, first time installing this. I've seen where I need to change efi folder, I'm using Windows I don't know how to access the USB stick from Windows. Help please

It works but now the issue of my mouse not keyboard works... The external mouse doesn't work

Manage to get around the keyboard and mouse issue and after install i get a bios bootloop, as soon as this ends the laptop restarts and I can't boot to even try to run the installer again.

 

Then I installed High Sierra on the sub stick i passed the loop but this happens when I try to boot the already installed Monterey
