minha maquina e uma placa mae Foxconn N15235 placa de video EVGA Geforce GT 430 1G processador Core 2 dual 4G de ram, fiz uma instalacao limpa retail do 10.8.0 e logo em seguida ja efeituei a instalacao do update 10.8.2 e me retorna a seguinte tela em anexo.

Olá,

remova a kext que causa o KP, você não teve que removê-la na instalação?

Se tiver KP relacionado à ApplePolicyControl.kext remova /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePolicyControl.kext
