Dell Inspiron 5593 i5-1035G1 OpenCore Bootloader
rositaott replied to rositaott's topic in Installation Guides
Not tried yet though, but it will probably work, cause from reading linux will not work with RAID...and the reason I did not change setting yet is need to retain windows due to home learning activities...I will be doing that after class, cause also from reading windows will not boot when change RAID to AHCI, there are some guide not to re-install windows doing that but I need to keep windows at the moment ... By the way I have wi-fi card BCM94312MCG is it supported in Catalina? Regards & Keep Safe! -

First of all this is not a tutorial, just created this topic to have better discussion with my current device which have intel 10th Generation Processor. After creating USB Installer, got different boot every restart. Sometimes it end up like below; and latest progress is like the one below; NoteBook Specs (https://www.dell.com/lt/p/inspiron-15-5593-laptop/pd) Processor 10th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-1035G1 Processor (6MB Cache, up to 3.6 GHz) Video Card Intel® UHD Graphics with shared graphics memory NVIDIA® GeForce® MX230 with 4GB GDDR5 graphics memory Disk Drives: BC511 NVme SK HYNIX 512G Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500G 8GB RAM and lastly the EFI from attached. Thank you in advance to @MaLd0n and to our good dev for support and patience, hope I can manage to install macOS in my notebook soon Let's go...! EFI.zip

Yeah, strange thing is I use the same USB stick with the EFI folder you send from link which normally booted until recovery, then after bios update, already have that error.
-
Hi @MaLd0n, this is what happened when after updating bios, very strange.stil usingte lst EFI you send.
