Thank you Mald0n, prepared usb with Olarila image and win32diskimager. System starts but after "DSMOS has arrived" screen goes black and reboots. Tried both vga & hdmi connections. Could it be a framebuffer problem or some bios setting?

I would like to install Mavericks on the following system: asus p5q deluxe (P45 - ICH10R), cpu: xeon L5420, ram: 8gb, LAN: 2xMarvell 88E8056, Audio: ADI AD2000B, Firewire: LSI L-FW3227, graphics: Sapphire Radeon HD6450 1GB ddr3: http://www.sapphiretech.com/productdetial.asp?Pid=BE96DA09-C0BD-400E-B9DE-30891F1411BB&lang=eng This is a bios/mbr motherboard. How should I format the usb/hdd, what options should I choose in Clover 4630? Could you supply a config.plist file to start or an EFI folder?

Thank you Mald0n and Allan, it works well with audio too (HFS). Should I try RunMe.app to see if anything can be improved or optimized? Edit: Ok, it reboots after sleep, I am attaching the report. reboot_after_wake_panic_report.rtf.zip And the SendMe file Send me zegs-iMac.zip

That is an interesting posting about bluetooth on osxlatitude but I cannot sign up with that site so I cannot download one of those kexts to try.

Thank you for your help, it works better now. Two issues: (a) the JMicron SD card reader doesn't work. kextstat shows a com.jmicron.driver.JM38X (1.5.0) loaded but it doesn't recognize any sd card (b) Bluetooth is activated some 10-15 seconds after Mavericks boots. linux lsusb shows: Bus 004 Device 006: ID 0cf3:3005 Atheros Communications, Inc. AR3011 Bluetooth but there is no such "personality" in IOath3kfrmwr.kext, could that be the problem?

Thank you Mald0n. I have installed 13F1911 on the hard disk. I am trying to run RunMe.app but it has some problems: (a) I get 6 "log: command not found" errors and (b) there is a loop saying "IOREG dump failed".

Yes I did use those files. I just renamed all the kexts that were copied to /L/E. However, if you can suggest a different installation method, please do and I will try it.

Thank you Mirone but the RunMe application cannot run on this laptop. First it says "VDADecoderCreate failed" and then it goes into a loop saying "IOREG dump failed. Retrying". Should I try re-installing Beta 2 from the beginning (fresh install)? Could you please give me a config.plist file to boot the installer with? How do you mount the EFI partition in Mojave?

everything seems to work ok (trackpad, battery, screen brightness, graphics acceleration with transparency, sleep/wake) with the following exceptions: a. Bluetooth works but Wifi doesn't (!) though they are on the same chip, AR5B195, both worked fine in HS. b. Audio doesn't work, intel cougar point. Ideas?

it was my fault because I am getting old. I forgot to put apfs.efi in the Clover/drivers64uefi folder. I also copied all HD3000 kexts and bundles from a Sierra 10.12.6 installation, anything in /S/L/E with a name AppleIntelHD3000* and AppleIntelSNB* into the Clover/kexts/other folder for the installation and now that beta 2 is running, I put those kexts and bundles in the final /S/L/E and rebuilt the caches. Graphics are a little faster. Now, I have to check Wifi and Audio, not working....

I have been trying to install beta 2 on the HP Probook 4530s, i5-2540m, HD3000 graphics. I wrote MacBook 9,2 in config.plist so I was able to start the installation. When it says "macos mojave beta will be installed on disk 'DISK'" and "about 2 minutes remaining", it reboots. However, after this reboot, Clover only shows the USB installer, so no progress. Any ideas?

Thank you Mald0n, I tried that but now I get a kernel cache error (0x1) and it doesn't even start booting. rtl8111 kext version v2-2017-0322 and kextutility 2.6.6 Update: after a quick re-install (...) it works. Audio, Internet, Sleep/Wake, thank you Mald0n! I need a faster nvidia kepler card, but, it's ok because all the "better" ones have fans and burn more power.

fwiw beta 2 installed and booted just fine with a $35 gt710 (kepler), quite snappy too, especially launchpad. during boot it shows "nvidia official" driver being loaded.
