Hello, I'm back with a problem related to graphics acceleration, today after long attempts I managed to install sonoma 14.2.1 with the graphics card on the alienware laptop via o.c.l.p. 1.4.3 full QE/CI, italic screensaver, no display artifacts, but the only problem is that I only have hdmi output on the TV, but on the laptop's LCD display it only shows black, only the backlight is on. What other settings need to be made to display on the laptop display. I boot from the stick with OC 093, with clover 5156 it boots but the system freezes when loading the graphic part or restart. Hi, I managed to install Sonoma 14.0 on my old signature desktop and faced a problem related to the rx550 video card, meaning that when the apple appears and wants to enter the desktop, it remains black. I used the same settings as in Monterey, which burns very well, but in Sonoma it remains black. Hi, i install Sonoma to my laptop Alienware m17x r3 without issue, every stage work no issue but when i boot in post install the system restart with kp, i try install clover and opencore but same result. I atach config opencore and clover. The cryptexes folder is empty, only app and os alias but no find origin, why? I try this guide from ventura but for sonoma not work, the preboot volume doesn't mounting, i try copy cryptexes folder contain in basesystem in update partition or fix alias but give an error. For ventura this guide working good but Sonoma no. Hello, I have two video cards ATI RadeonHD 6850M and Intel HD3000, the video cards work at the maximum resolution 1600x900 but also at the intermediate ones. The one from Intel works well in Monterey but crashes in Ventura after 3-4 minutes of operation, the one from ATI (Terrascale 2) crashes in Monterey but in Ventura it works but no have transparency even though it is seen and installed correctly with OCLP 0.5.1. Alienware M17x R3 - MacBook pro 8.3 CPU i7-2760QM 2.2, turbo 3.2 Ghz Clover 5150 efi mode from HDD, only UEFI boot from usb stick. When I installed Monterey or Ventura I booted from usb with opencore but after installation I use clover without problems, my problems are the blocking of the intel video card in Ventura and the lack of transparency of the ATI one also in ventura. I will also put the config but now I put the ssd with Mojave, tomorrow I will put the one with ventura again to see what else I can do with it, now I'm tired after work. Hello, I managed to install macos Ventura and Monterey on my laptop on separate hdd using the same efi bootloder and clover respectively with the same settings, kext and drivers. For the video part, I installed OCLP 0.5.1 for Intel HD 3000 and AMD Radeon HD6850M, but I have two problems, on the intel hd 3000 the ventura freezes after 5 minutes and on the amd radeon I have no transparency, both are seen correctly, intel hd 3000 Monterey doesn't crash, but AMD Radeon crashes. What do you advise me? During the installation I used opencore because the system boots in UEFI mode from the USB and then I used CLOVER because the system does not always boot in UEFI from the HDD.

Hi Maldon, i fix this issue to redownload olarila installer and efi clover for sandy bridge notebook, instal with smbios macbook pro 14.1 and after all stage of install boot with smbios macbook pro 8.3 and voilla Monterey 12.1 and upgrade 12.3.1, but sound for idt not work, i working for that, and must patched video card AMD Radeon 6870m, for Catalina work greate. Hi MaLd0n , after a while I tried to reinstall Mac os Monterey 12.3.1 and I encountered the same problem as in post 1. The 12.2 install and work but i need the support and erase them. I used clover efi from the Olarila site but this time not work, but I couldn't complete the installation until the end, same error. Each time I repeat the same installation error, "An error occured applayng this software update" I used the latest version of the clover bootloader, Catalina working with no issue. I used smbios 11.4 to 16.1. Opencore does't work for me although it has uefi boot, uefi clover works. Catalina instaled with smbios MBP11.4 and boot and work with MBP 8.3. Somebody fix this error? thank you in advance.

Hello, i'm verry happy, today i download the last opencore legacy patcher tui app and i used to patch Catalina 10.15.7 for acceleration gpu Terrascale2 and is work very well, now i have QE/CI for AMD HD6850M. I tested with Uningine Valley, now i have transparency and blurr desktop and work screensaver and 3D app, yooohooo. I think to work on Monterey but not have time to test yet and not work sound.

Hi MaLd0n, finally after 1 days I managed to install Monterey on my Alienware laptop, the bootloader is clover, opencore crashes badly, however I have two problems, the sound does not work with voodoohda, audio device IDT 92HD73C1 (HS, Mojave, Catalina works, I don't know in Big Sur) and the second problem is the video drivers install them in lybrary / extensions and don't load them because they can't load in the kernel cache, can you help me please?
