Exclui as kexts da nvidia, segeu esse procedimento aqui: http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1339 você também pode tentar dar boot com GraphicsEnabler=No pra testar. -
Para te ajudar preciso de um codec dump. da uma olha ai http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1933 ai também tem uma kext para seu codec teste ela e retorne com resultados.

try this: http://www.sendspace.com/file/symj8e it is a version of 10.7.5 is working you can convert your values to 10.8.3.

I uploaded the kext is lion 10.7.5 structure changed in 10.8 but I see no difference in sound if you want you can get the values of kext I edited and put in 10.8.

Quando tinha essa placa nunca editei a resman, so a nvda50hal, tenta usar as kexts que emviei pra ele.

Por isso a AppleHDA que te enviei não funciona você usa snow, para mim usava mountain lion.

você também copiou o DSDT.aml que acompanha a kext para a raiz do sistema né?

esse wifi acho que não ja o audio se souber o codec certinho talvez sim.
