É só colocar em /Extra/modules e reiniciar.

Clover default settings are good for most cases, and the installer EFI partition contains FakeSMC and NullCPUPowerManagement which are enough to get the system running on compatible hardware. You still need to tune config.plist (SSDT/Generate) and remove NullCPUPM to get power management working, and maybe fix other issues you didn't notice yet. Check the post installation link in the OP for more information.

Pode ser até a montagem do gabinete mal feita. Eu instalei o ML em dual boot com Windows 7 num Ivy Bridge com uma GTX 680 e o PC travava em jogos devido ao aquecimento. Foi só melhorar a circulação de ar no gabinete, mudando a posição das ventoinhas, que o problema parou.

Você testou ela com Windows? Ainda pode ser problema na máquina e não no OS. Viu que foi o mesmo em 10.8.5 e 10.9, e essa placa era para funcionar perfeito, tem muita gente usando Mavericks nela.
