Tenta particionar o pen drive em MBR em vez de GPT. Usa o Enoch pois o Chameleon não suporta o Sierra. Já vi casos em que fica por alguns segundos no cursor mas depois continua, aperta 1 apenas uma vez e aguarda.

Maybe Sierra graphics kexts have changed, check if your Board-ID is listed in /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext/Contents/Info.plist under ConfigMap with "none" config.

Para usar o Enoch é necessário copiar as kexts essenciais para /System/Library/Extensions e usar -f (ignorar caches) pois ele não está carregando de /Extra/Extensions (também tentei /Extra/Extensions/Common e /Extra/Extensions/10.12).
