macOS Sierra 10.12.6 bootable USB for Intel PCs
pernacabeluda replied to pernacabeluda's topic in Sierra (10.12)
FakeID with original ID is useless, only AHCIPortInjector should be enough. You have to install Clover and needed kexts to the HD and configure Clover to be able to boot without USB stick http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1716 -
nVIDIA GeForce 9500GT é compatível com El Capitan?
pernacabeluda replied to m3ntow's topic in El Capitan (10.11) BR

Dual-boot Sierra and Windows 10. Same Disk. No UEFI.

Did you need to use AHCIPortInjector or just FakeID and fix mask? -
Take a look here https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-BrcmPatchRAM For audio try this https://github.com/vit9696/AppleALC You don't need to patch DSDT, use Clover to inject layout-id https://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Configuration/Devices#devices_audio_audio-inject Or use this, it doesn't need layout-id http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/314406-voodoohda-289/

Problema com instalação do Sierra
pernacabeluda replied to joaopaulomartins's topic in Sierra (10.12) BR
Problema com instalação do Sierra
pernacabeluda replied to joaopaulomartins's topic in Sierra (10.12) BR

Try also FakeID for SATA as 0x9C838086 (under PCI devices). Or try to put this kext in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other AHCIPortInjector.kext.zip You can try but update to latest Clover first. -

Try fix SATA and add DTGP under ACPI patching/DSDT fix mask (0x00000401). Post the device ID of your SATA controller. -

Try using KernelLapic patch instead of cpus=1 You can also try replacing FakeSMC by latest from here https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-fakesmc-kozlek/downloads -

No, your problem is related to USB, I think. -

Sorry, I forgot an important detail, in order for Fix SATA to work you need to check Add DTGP, fix mask should be 0x00000401. -

Clover patch to avoid black screen, so you don't need to edit Info.plist of AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext Credits: Brumbaer <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>Brumbaer's GDP Patch 1</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> RURJRAA= </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> RURJSQA= </data> </dict> <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>Brumbaer's GDP Patch 2</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> dW5sb2FkAA== </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> dW5sb2FlAA== </data> </dict> <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>Brumbaer's GDP Patch 3</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> RGVmYXVsdAA= </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> bm9uZQAAAAA= </data> </dict> <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>Brumbaer's GDP Patch 4</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> Q29uZmlnTWFwAA== </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> Q29uZmlnTWFxAA== </data> </dict> <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>Brumbaer's GDP Patch 5</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> RmVhdHVyZUNvbnRyb2wA </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> RmVhdHVyZUNvbnRyb20A </data> </dict>

macOS Sierra 10.12.6 bootable USB for Intel PCs

No other idea. It's probably USB problem, check your BIOS config for USB related options. Always boot verbose (-v) to see system messages instead of logos. -

Try with MacBookPro8,3 (it's not the correct SMBIOS for your hardware but maybe you get USB working for installation and fix it later), change Board-ID too. You can get info from here http://cloud-clover-editor.sourceforge.net/cce/index.php Use USB 2.0 port and enable USB fixes in Clover options. -

Fake SATA ID won't help in your case, try different SMBIOS. -
