Can I insert kext into efi for beta 8 and boot the system via usb?

Sorry for jumping from topic to topic... Question for ax210 intel wifi, can I make a usb for beta 8 and just insert airportitlm.kext into the efi folder and then install the heliport application? will it work like that..?

In Software update i use public beta,but no download for beta 8.

Please help, I installed windows on m2 disk and mac os ventura on ssd. While I was booting via usb, it saw both windows and mac, when I copied efi to the m2 disk (not seeing ssd disk in open configurator), uefi with windows no longer shows the windows m2 disk, but only the ssd with Ventura on it.
