Certainly some Windows boot files are on this partition too. You can disconnect the SSD from the Mac, install Windows and then connect the Mac SSD again. Set the SSD with OpenCore/Clover as primary in the Bios/UEFI and the bootloader will manage what you need and leave each system with its separate files.
