One USB STICK with ur EFI folder and USBInjectAll for Tahoe in this efi folder. Boot into system and start remap.

U need try to dicovery what cause this problem. Is not common.

Use efi folder and dont add ur dsdt full. If error still there try to add last cputscsync.
