Test this efi folder https://easyupload.io/hrtjyx -Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files -Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead -Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen If u update system to ventura or sonoma need change wifi kext https://github.com/OpenIntelWireless/itlwm/releases/tag/v2.3.0-alpha

I think this card die on High Sierra

Yes. Just need change wifi/bt kexts if u use Intel cards

REMOVE these entries then save. On image bellow Reserved Memory Regions is removed 4- Adding the edited DMAR and dropping the native DMAR. Add DMAR.aml table on EFI/OC/ACPI Add entry in your config.plist ACPI/Add and drop native DMAR table with patch bellow on ACPI/Delete Reboot!
