hi everyone,
I started installing macOS Ventura 13.3 on my PC and it was done after a few difficult days.
My PC:
CPU: E5-2696 v3
MAIN: HUANANZHI X99-F8
GPU: RX580
RAM: 64GB
SSD: SN550
I thought it was complete but no. when i plug in my iphone i get an error: the iphone automatically disconnects, it keeps reconnecting and then disconnects from the computer again until i unplug it from the usb port. I have tried the following cases:
- Map USB : I tried again and again - mapped the USB using USBToolbox + USBToolbox.kext (I'm pretty sure I've mapped my USB ports correctly and 100% correctly)
- Bios Settings - USB Configuration:
+ Legacy USB Support = Enabled
+ XHCI-Handoff = Enabled
+ EHCI-Handoff = Enabled
- Change the cable to plug the iphone with the computer (always USB -> Lightning)
- Change iphone device
* There is a strange thing here is that on the Windows side everything is normal. So I tried installing Parallels to emulate windows and oh my gosh, my iphone plugged in to my computer was fine. how strange.
- My web cam has the same problem. After recording for a while, it will automatically disconnect
- It seems that the problem only occurs with the device that needs power from the USB port to use it.
Someone please give me a solution, I've been stuck for days but can't find the solution, I need to fix that error because I'm an iOS App Code Dev. Is it due to the main error?.
Please help me, thank you very much.
below is my EFI. ( EFI works flawlessly.except that connecting iphone to computer via usb port does not work)
- I use FakeSMC.kext and its kexts because VirtualSMC.kext doesn't work on my machine (it gives me an unbootable error)
