well I decided to insist and got some isopropyl alcohol to clean the HDMI and it worked I tested it on the 32" TV and it's no longer with the bugs thank you very much I will go after buying an HDMI monitor.

my motherboard has two HDMI and VGA video ports but the HDMI stopped working so I use VGA

hackintools print VRAM 0MB and the model compared to the identified model is different. I don't know if this has any relevance but I'm using a VGA monitor and my screen only turns on when I put "igfxframe=0x3EA50007" in boot args without that it goes into sleep mode and after a few minutes the pc shuts down.
