Ok. Can you send me a guide about updating kexts because every tool I try says that my kexts aren’t on the latest version? I updated them from Hackintool but after it still detects that they are on old version.

Hi Maldon, The issue I have is not caused by Hackintosh at all. It is a problem with my Acer monitor and it is also for Windows. My PC is booting just fine but the monitor does not show it. To upgrade macOS I used my TV to see what was happening with the upgrade. Hi Maldon, I followed your advices and I updated my botloader, kexts and drivers but there is one problem that prevents my Hack from updating to Monterey. When I open System preferences and then go to software update, it does not detect any update. It just keeps checking forever. I aslo treied to download Monterey from the App Store but it opens the System preferences. How to fix this problem?

Hi Maldon, I updated my bootloader and kexts and I am going to update to Monterey but System preferences does not load the update. I also tried via the App Store but the System preferences gets stuck on "Finding update" and it takes forever. What do I need to do?

And also how much time will the upgrade to Monterey take? I am asking because I will be doing it for the first time.

I did everything. I updated the bootloader and the kexts. I checked my OC version and I have properly updated it to 0.7.8 but how am I able to check if I have updated the kexts properly.

I ran the tool and it downloaded a lot of kexts. I tried to replace the kexts in my ESP but a lot of the are not in the "Olarila" folder. What do I need to do? Should I skip them or not?

I followed your latest guide and I updated my OpenCore from 0.7.4 to 0.7.8 but I do not know how to update the kexts. Can you help and will the process of upgrading my OS X version be smooth.
