  4. Hey, so I was following along with your guide to get set up and figured id have better luck popping the request here, I have attached the Sendme that was generated for my machine. Also a quick question, I am using the UHD 630 and currently have to boot wth -igfxvesa or my mac wont boot, also the sound doesnt seem to work and its showing 7mb available memory. would this DSDT patching magic fix that? I did try with -wegnoegpu but no joy however with -igfxvesa I can boot and stuff if not what would I need to do to get my graphics acceleration and my audio over hdmi working? ^.^ it would be even better if i could get the bluetooth up and going but can cross that bridge when I get to it Anyways Here Are the Specs if it helps with the whole patching thing: Cpu: intel core i5 coffeelake Mobo: Auros H370 Gaming Graphics: Intel UHD630 Thank you all so much Send me iMac-Pro.broadband.zip

  6. alright so good news to report and one more tme I need to pick your brain if it's alright, so i found your guide on doing the patch here: think I have done something right as I can now boot from clover right from the hdd to mac the device does indeed show as UHD630 now too but as UHD630 8MB so im not sure where ive messed up but maybe this screenshot of the settings used will help you or anyone help me work it out ^.^ after that all thats left is to tweak clover to only show Mac Windows and my ChromeOs on Brunch and my baby is complete haha
  7. great news with -igfxvesa it boots up im using monterey as we speak went with clover for now is there any point in changing to opencore or nah? thanks for the help so far
  8. ah alright thanks ^.^ just to trouble ya how would I go about doing that? looks like the whole building ssdt files on the opencore site is terrifying
  9. just tried the opencore efi sameproblem as soon as I pass verbose, kind of a shame really cause I had planned to use opencore if it worked anyways id prefer to if possible
  10. so yeah basically I get the clover selection menu I pick macOS installer verbose does its thing and then the screen just goes blank im guessing although im not using it the fact that my gtx1060 is just plugged in might be at play? but again it isnt plugged into the monitor ive got the default output on bios as intel graphics and indeed I am using the intel graphics right up to that point, so maybe I need to somehow turn that shit off tell mac to ignore it? any ideas? this is the spec that im running so i grabbed the coffee lake efi planning to use the uhd graphics
  11. I've been at this now for so long the pages on the calender that's on my desk just fly away in a montage I've tried to many different guides to get my machine running before coming across the guide here to make a usb on windows, so I figured yeah make an account give it a go but again I'm running into problems with the boot of the usb I get as far as "Security policy loaded: apple system policy (asp)" Then it says rootL and that's where it is stuck now My specs are Gigabyte h370 auros gaming mobo Intel core i5 8400 Gtx 1060 6GB 16GB ram I've spent so long and all I want to do is get a working hackontosh I've been at this now for a very long time and am at the point of just accepting I'm cursed and just returning the stuff I bought to get this thing going Figured I'd post here maybe someone can help me work this thing out Thanks
