Try this Mount EFI and make a backup of the Efi folder for safety
Go to EFI / Microsoft / Boot /
Rename bootmgfw.efi to bootmgfw-orig.efi
Reboot and try
Try Gfxutil. The latter, launched from a terminal window, with the -f display option, then "gfxutil -f display", should show the GPU device to insert in the plist

have you tried to change AAPL, ig-platform-id from 07009B3E to 00009B3E? Judging from the EFI the OC version seems obsolete to me I would upgrade to the latest 0.6.7
