No seu caso pode ser o mesmo problema, teria que remover um ou mais conectores que existem na kext mas não existem no laptop, e talvez corrigir a ordem deles na tabela. Try loading it via terminal sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/VoodooHDA.kext If it fails, use kextutil instead of kextload and post output.

O Snow só tem suporte a Sandy Bridge no 10.6.8, você vai ter que atualizar. O melhor pra sua máquina é o Lion, seu vídeo não tem suporte no Snow.

Você tem que fazer o pós instalação de acordo com o seu hardware, por exemplo, se o seu CPU não roda com o kernel vanilla, tem que copiar o kernel legacy pro HD. Coloque as especificações do seu PC na assinatura, assim como eu tenho na minha, vai facilitar pra quem for ajudar.

VoodooHDA must be loaded before you run getdump. Remove AppleHDA, install VoodooHDA, reboot, then run getdump.

Leia isto http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40 Instalar o boot pelo HD é o primeiro passo depois de instalar o sistema. Não adianta tentar resolver outros problemas antes, comece pelo boot.

A essa altura o melhor é instalar de novo. Só atualize quando tiver o boot pelo HD usando kernelcache.

Nunca vi esse erro. Pra instalar o Chameleon use um pkg oficial (buildbot) ou o Chameleon Wizard com a opção boot0hfs, não deve causar problemas no Windows.

Tente seguir este guia http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=271573 Ele não menciona o desligamento da nVidia, talvez não seja necessário (mesmo assim acho que vale a pena pela duração da bateria). Se não tem nada na DSDT, talvez esteja numa SSDT, extraia todas as tabelas usando um live CD do Linux acpidump > acpi.dat acpixtract -a acpi.dat
