Tem certeza de que removeu as kexts ATI*? Tente remover também as AppleIntelHD* e AppleIntelSNB*.

O patch GMA950 laptop e o string EFI têm a mesma função, use um ou outro. A kext AppleIntelGMA950 faz funcionar a aceleração, dizer que ela funciona, mas sem QE/CI é o mesmo que dizer que a lâmpada funciona, só não ilumina. Tente usar a kext que funciona no 10.6.3. Volto a sugerir, use DVD retail. Distro é sempre mais complicado para atualizar, você não sabe o que foi modificado e pode ser substituído por arquivos originais no update.

Sorry, no other suggestion, that's the only idea I had about this issue. If you attach the patched DSDT you tried, I can take a look.

Using an unpatched dsdt.aml makes no difference, if the bootloader doesn't find that file, it will get DSDT from BIOS. You can use the kext NullCPUPowerManagement during install, it avoids the most common kernel panics. After installing and tuning the system and DSDT, you can remove the kext. The only case I have seen where patched DSDT is needed during installation is when trying to install via USB and the USB ports have issues.

Pentium D é o CPU, tem que ver o chipset, deve ser ICH7 ou ICH8, tente o ICH8 e veja no preview se ele aplica.

Sim, é um patch disponível no formato do DSDT Editor, veja no link "transferências".

Parece que a dele não tem vídeo discreto, é só Intel HD, por isso estranho o problema só acontecer no Mac OS.

Acho que a parte do Chameleon tá certa, o que você pode testar são variações da kext e do AtiConfig.
