Talvez seja necessário fazer o patch dos cpuids no VMWare, acho que o instalador do kernel legacy só roda o amd_insn_patcher pros apps padrão do sistema. O Final Cut parece que não funciona em AMD por falta das extensões SSSE3 (não confundir com SSE3).

Tente renomear o kernel para mach_kernel.

If your custom SSDT has P and C states, you don't need to enable the "generate states" options. If you want to use them, add scope _PR to your DSDT with processors definition. By the messages in your log I guess your SSDT.aml doesn't have C states.
