Hey Guys, if you BS is working and you on beta 2 DO NOT update to beta 3, it will break your OS, I did the update now and it broke it. @MaLd0n will there be an update pre-made folder for OC for beta 3?

@MaLd0n Just to give you some feedback on the hack mate, So it seems to be running fine so far, I also created another HD running big sur but did a vanilla install by creating my own image using your instructions onto a usb and using OC as the boot loader and have no issues, it updated to beta 2 easy and I am using it daily, seems slow compared to Catalina but works, all devices work including HDMI sound, graphics, eternet, messaging, FaceTime etc.

Okay so I tried to update Big Sur to beta 2 again today, took about an hour to complete but it updated with the premade folder from this site, using OC. The trick is to be patient as many times it seemed stuck at 1 point for like 30 minutes but then I just left it there and it then moved through the installation.

Im trying to upload a picture/zip file of the kernel panic when booting to Catalina but cannot, says I have used my 2.93mb limit, and the beta 2 update also does not work keeps rebooting back to installer after a few seconds in verbose mode.

Will do that, just trying to download the beta 2 update then will post the kernel panic screenshot -- can I update this BIg Sur straight to beta 2 from system update pane or will I have issues with it?

My Catalina was starting up on another disk with clover but now does not start up, I get kernel panic - how can I get BIg Sur and Catalina to work together, BIg Sur is starting up with the OC efi that I downloaded from the other post. I have just seen that BIg Sur although installed on a 1TB hard drive only shows 119gb, should I be restoring this to another drive to get the full storage space, how do I fix this EDIT: I managed to get network etc working and resized the hard drive, but I still get on my desktop a hard drive from Big Sur showing test, how do I get rid of this, also need to be able to boot Catalina from OC premade efi folder I downloaded, I tried copying the complete efi to the Catalina efi folder but when I boot get memory kernel panic.

@MaLd0nYou my friend are a Genius, After battling for days on end to get BIg Sur on my desktop, I used your premed from here - , just copied that to my external hard drive, refi folder with no changes and BIg Sur boots in 5 minutes, Yes just 5 minutes fully running. Now to test and make sure everything is working, will post back if something is not - My Desktop is - KabyLake, Msi Mobo H110M Pro, 7100 i3 chipset, Intel HD 630. So far sound is working but no network, I use Realtek811 kext in Clover, how can I fix this

Not working, when I boot with OpenCore it starts in Verbose mode then stops after few seconds on an error that shows the date 2020-07-08 and some numbers, does not boot any further. Attached is the refi folder and the error reporting EFI.zip opencore-2020-07-08-183946.txt.zip

I managed to install Big Sur on my Hackintosh - Msi Mobo H110Pro, i3 with HD Intel 630, using VM Fusion, Can I not clone this onto another hard drive and boot from that while using clover 5119, I boot Catalina, windows 10 and high Sierra from the same desktop with clover.
