Thanks for the fast answer but it didn't work

So, my problem is that when I'm booting in verbose mode, the boot gets stuck a while at "Invalid Argument (22)" you can see it in the screenshot and then it enters on a kernel panic and reboots, to create my EFI folder I followed the opencore oficial guide at https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/. My hardware is very old but I'm trying to give it a 2nd live. When I boot Catalina it works perfectly without problems. My specs: CPU: Intel Core i3 - 540 GPU: Nvidia GeForece GT 710 RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1333 mhz at quad channel Motherboard: ga-p55m-ud2 rev. 1.0 P.S.: I created my EFI to boot with legacy mode because my motherboard doesn't support UEFI. P.S.S.: Sorry if my english is not well understood, I'm form Spain. EFI OC.zip

[Succes] macOS Big Sur OpenCore EFI for Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52-5336

I think there is a confusion, I have already installed macOS Big Sur on my hard drive with the pre-made image, everything works except some problems that I have had and you told me that you have solved like how to use the WiFi without HeliPort or use the touchpad in advanced mode. Anyway I thank you again for sharing your EFI folder, in fact I am going to test it right now since I have not had time until now. I just tested your EFI folder and I don't know how you did it but it starts much faster than my EFI folder, thank you very much for sharing it. PS: The touchpad works in advanced mode and the WiFi works without Heliport thank you very much.- 56 replies

Thaks a lot for all the information that you gave to me, I'll try your EFI and I had the same problem as you when I try to upload files here and I have to use google drive or easy upload don't worry. I used the pre-made raw image too to install macOS Big Sur too, I think is the best way if you don't have a real mac even if you have one, the pre-made images are very useful, because you don't have to download macOS from apple's slow servers- 56 replies

First of all, sorry for the late reply. Ok this is my install EFI and my final EFI. Install EFI: https://easyupload.io/8mngqy Final EFI: https://easyupload.io/1lj9bf For Wi-Fi you need to use Heliport app and for fix the trackpad gestures just set it to the basic mode in the BIOS settings I don't know why but the gestures work perfecly. PS: I used the EFI folder from the Olarila downloads section, is the Opencore EFI for 100 and 200 notebooks. PSS: I used a lot of kexts and drivers I don't know if there are things that aren't necessary- 56 replies

@MaLd0n How do I enable Apple Secure Boot on clover?
-
Hi! I am using a laptop with hackintosh (Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52) and to make my Wi-Fi card work I have been using itlwm.kex with HeliPort.app and it works very well, only that the system (macOS Catalina) detects me the Wi-Fi card as an ethernet cable and I can't use the native macOS WiFi menu, which I wish I could use. I've been reading from other forums (https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/iakzgy/control_itlwm_using_airport_menu/) about a modified itlwm.kext alongside another kext that makes you can use the native macOS menu to control the wifi and use airport, I have read the entire forum and they are using OpenCore, I have tried to do it in Clover but I have not been successful, but, yesterday I visited the GitHub page of the itlwm kext and they have developed a version so that you can control this kext Through the native wifi menu but I have read the installation guide (https://openintelwireless.github.io/itlwm/Installation.html#itlwm) and they only mention opencore and do not say anything about clover if someone can help me I will be very grateful. PS: I have tried to change from clover to opencore and I have not been able to boot the system. EFI folder: https://easyupload.io/nsuu0c

@MaLd0n after 5 months trying it, it works, thanks a million mald0n, but I had to replace voodooi2c elan with voodooi2c hid, I don't know why but it turns out that my trackpad is HID. Thanks again, gestures are working fine. My laptop is now a perfect dualboot of macOS Catalina and Windows 10 thanks to you, you are the best person I have talked to in a forum.

Thanks, i will try
