I really don't know what the problem is I kept resetting nvram and it booted once but then i rebooted the system and now its not booting again

Really stange. I  have  same EFI, same laptop with i3 and it boots fine. 

I suggest resetting bios  to optimized defaults

then disabling secure boot again

and make sure You are booting from the drive where is the EFI.

I did it before and I just did it again just to make sure same problem

I just did something ridiculous and the system seem to be working now.

i added and hdd and replace the wifi card and now its working, im lost to how that was able to fix the problem

 Glad for You. Actually HDD  is not recommended  for APFS partitions, SSD is better. 

Must have been Wifi card problem.  I did a litttle test on my machine.

I  put back the factory wifi card and could not boot up either.

 Without any card  in slot , boot was alright.

i didn't install mac on the hdd going to install windows on it and I think is the Wi-Fi also but I had no testing if that was a problem before replacing it

Estou tentando atualizar para o BigSur, mas ta dando erro na hora que escolho a partição de instação Erro é iokit daemon (kernel manager) stall[0], (240s): "X86PlatformPlugin"

Copiei a EFI e coloquei a tag -igfxvesa vc me dizer pq ta acontecendo isso ?

Pessoal, ja temos noticias sobre o HDMI ? ele ja esta funcionando ?

Estou instalando no i7 de 10g com a penultima EFI disponibilizada pelo MaLd0n aqui no post. Como a maquina veio a placa wifi intel, eu atualizei as kexts e tudo funcionou, mas ela esta reiniciando quando eu faco shutdown, alguem tem uma dica para resolver? Estou usando o catalina 10.15.7

 

Alguem tem alguma dica sobre o leitor de cartão, conseguimos fazer ele funcionar?

nao tive sucesso, na instalacao do big sur ele trava na segunda tela... fala que nao consegue encontrar um update. quando reinicia fica em loop

Você ta tentando atualizar do Catalina para o Big Sur ou fazer uma instação limpa ? tive problema quando tentei atualizar, quando fiz uma instação limpa consegui instalar o Big Sur.

sim, peguei a ultima versao aqui do site... eu consegui instalar com a versao anterior da EFI que estava aqui ... com essa nova da o erro nessa parte do Update.

pra update vc tem de remover RestrictEvents.kext

Valew MalD0N .... funcionou a instalação ... Retira ele para fazer o processo de instalação mas tem que voltar na versão final.... 

Sobre o HDMI, acha que isso não ira funcionar nessa maquina ?

Olá pessoal, muito bom poder contar com o tópico e o importante envolvimento do Daniel! Eu recém adquiri o 82DJ0000BR (i7-1065G7) e as primeiras impressões são muito boas.

Atualizei a Bios e instalei o Big Sur 11.1 utilizando as pastas do 1º post. Estou usando as kexts p/ wifi e bluetooth intel.

Até o momento as únicas limitações notadas foram o reinício no shutdown, a baixa velocidade no wifi e os glitches na tela da senha, após o verbose.

Estou usando os args -v alcid=13 watchdog=0 -igfxblr -noDC9

Gostaria de saber se alguém está com o mesmo modelo e se solucionou estes detalhes.
