How did you resolve the panic issue?

Mine is stuck at same

Motherboard: Gigabyte 360m d3v

Ram- 16GB DDR4

CPU: I5 9400K

I was trying to make OpenCore EFI folder first or you can download supported that from above EFI folder links

remove all DSDT files first 

only use file which comes with EFI Supported folder.

use only necessary kext 

and check your config file with 

http://opencore.slowgeek.com/

success install big sur by using CtlnaAHCIPort.kext, thank you @nkjnnkn
i need new version kext and fix kext for lenovo yoga 710 15ikb

You can take the EFI folder from the Catalina and replace it with the folder located in usb

touchpad is working but properly left click shows quick look window. In sitting no touch pad found 

audio :- no internal speaker or audio jack in not working. I have used Catalina for booting there VoodooHDA.kext was Working fine.

i tried alcid= 1,2,3,4,7,27,28,11, nothing is working

battery :- there is no battery symbol present on menu bar i have selected the symbol to appear on menu bar.

I don't know much about Mac And Hackintosh's but give it try made some changes in config,plist 

SSDT-EC-LAPTOP.aml or SSDT-EC.aml  you need this file please download

@MaLd0n When I was using Catalina with clover boot loader touchpad works fine audio works fine with ALC295 layout id 28 works perfectly.

by Changing boot loader to open core in Catalina touchpad not found but audio works fine with ALC295 Layout id 28 perfectly works.

 

But when I tried to install MacOS BigSur Nor touchpad shows nor audio works ALC295 layout id 28 does not work

I tried to change layout id with other number nothing happens not audio jack is working.

I found one thing In Catalina HDEF is used but in BigSur HDAS is used.

I tried to use patch With open core  configurator it does not works.

One more thing using hackintosh tool
