I don't know much about Mac And Hackintosh's but give it try made some changes in config,plist 

SSDT-EC-LAPTOP.aml or SSDT-EC.aml  you need this file please download

@MaLd0n When I was using Catalina with clover boot loader touchpad works fine audio works fine with ALC295 layout id 28 works perfectly.

by Changing boot loader to open core in Catalina touchpad not found but audio works fine with ALC295 Layout id 28 perfectly works.

 

But when I tried to install MacOS BigSur Nor touchpad shows nor audio works ALC295 layout id 28 does not work

I tried to change layout id with other number nothing happens not audio jack is working.

I found one thing In Catalina HDEF is used but in BigSur HDAS is used.

I tried to use patch With open core  configurator it does not works.

One more thing using hackintosh tool
