Help to patch my laptop.....how to do it

Motherboard: quanta 3603

Chipset: Intel PM45 (rev.07)

southbridge: intel 82801IM (ICH9-M) (rev.03)

Bios:

HP, F.21 (my bios is flashed, so i can have more boot options)

Graphics:

nvedia Geforce 9200M GS.

Since there is no patch for the motherboard i have, what should i do?

I have found a patch for laptop, HP DV5 1183CL, the motherboard of this laptop is same as mine as think. would if be safe to use this patch?
