Thanks for your efforts in tackling this issue Maldon. Interesting, the same speaker(s) that I physically connected to the audio out of the Optiplex is also bluetooth. Bluetooth is perfect audio, no issues. I also ran Windows 10 on the Optiplex, and no issues with audio at all. I'm attaching Aida64's Windows output of the audio hardware/id's. Thanks again! Based on your suspicion, I used AppleALC 1.4.3 with i.d.=27. Audio is now working. Thank you for your help Maldon! I'm posting my final EFI, should anyone else want to use. Thanks again.
