ssprod Posted June 9, 2020 Author Posted June 9, 2020 On 19,2, issues are the same. It might be of note that I'm connected to the display via DP because my monitor does not have HDMI. I've attached the details of the error. Thanks Maldon. Screen Shot 2020-06-08 at 10.30.52 PM.jpeg.zip

ssprod Posted June 9, 2020 Author Posted June 9, 2020 Yes.... used another display to test HDMI and this happens. Changed the cable, no difference. Thanks. https://www.dropbox.com/s/h1vaoqghfvxuxwa/IMG_6453.mov.zip?dl=0
ssprod Posted June 11, 2020 Author Posted June 11, 2020 Hello Maldon, Did a fresh install of 10.15.5 with the same KP after wake from sleep. Wakes up to full desktop, then reboots. Failing a fix, would you recommend OpenCore as a possible alternative/solution? ssprod Posted June 15, 2020 Author Posted June 15, 2020 Greetings Maldon, thank you very much, that seemed to do the trick. I have an audio issue.. with headphones, the mix is not "true", and when I plug in powered audio monitors, i'm getting a loud hum along with the audio. I have tried every layout outlined in the ALC255 Codec, with the same results. Any thoughts? Thank you once again. Most appreciated.

ssprod Posted June 15, 2020 Author Posted June 15, 2020 Will any other codecs sub for ALC255? I've tried all of the i.d's.

ssprod Posted June 15, 2020 Author Posted June 15, 2020 Thanks for your efforts in tackling this issue Maldon. Interesting, the same speaker(s) that I physically connected to the audio out of the Optiplex is also bluetooth. Bluetooth is perfect audio, no issues. I also ran Windows 10 on the Optiplex, and no issues with audio at all. I'm attaching Aida64's Windows output of the audio hardware/id's. Thanks again! Report.txt.zip

ssprod Posted June 16, 2020 Author Posted June 16, 2020 Based on your suspicion, I used AppleALC 1.4.3 with i.d.=27. Audio is now working. Thank you for your help Maldon! I'm posting my final EFI, should anyone else want to use. Thanks again. EFI-Optiplex 3060 Micro-10.15.5.zip
