It's not a stable release, if it's your first install I recommend 10.7 (Lion).

You can install in VirtualBox to create 10.8 installer USB http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1304

Update to 10.7.3 and use MacBookPro8,1 SMBIOS for full video support.

No, VirtualBox is just a way to create an USB installer if the DVD doesn't boot in your hardware. It doesn't mean it will work natively.

I cant send a photo vrbose mode cause I cant install DP4..

Im using USB method I boot from USB language screen coming I select language then click next select hardrive and click install error coming.

i installed ML dp4 in my pro book laptop, there was no difficulty at all but the colour are weird like:

the blue is not blue but purple blue, yellow is golden yellow

I have intel HD 3000 kext files, do you think if i delete intel HD 4000 kext files (2files) will be ok or ML will be unstable!!

i think u problem is not related to that

hd4000 is for ivy cpu

so if u dont have a ivy cpu that kexts are not loaded

what i can say about that is

for the intel hd work good

use in the dsdt the patch dual link if u lcd is above 1366x768

Hey, I'm getting the same error. Do you know how you fixed it?

I followed the normal procedure.. Previously this had happened to the install USB but I fixed it somehow, I think it was after adding NullCPUManagement.kext but it is not working for an installed copy which gets the same error..

Kernel version is set as 11.0.0.. This is wrong? Help!

EDIT: Nevermind I got it to work, just had to start from scratch..

I've installed ML GM yesterday and everything was working great (Network, Graphics, Sound) till this morning. First, I did remove AppleHDA.kext and installed VoodooHDA.kext. This morning I lost the sound. Suddenly all my Output in System Preferences turned to Digital Out. Before there was one LineOut which i used for the sound. I've never had this problem before. I really appreciate any help.
