van_dis Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Tried that, I can't get to sleep mode at all, AICPM is patched automatically but sleep isn't working, used SleepEnabler but got a KP. Thanks anyway If somebody knows anything, HELP
PimentelX86 Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Hello Isn't necessary SleepEnabler... Try run in terminal kextstat, see if kext AppleLPC is loaded If not, apply the patch AppleLCP according your chipset in your DSDT
van_dis Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 AppleLPC is loaded and everything else What now? I made a topic on InsanelyMac to see my problem http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/295049-help-sleep-problem-and-vga-for-mavericks/ Thanks for any help
m.gbt Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Did you generate your SSDT using Pike's script? You can try first with DropOemSSDT (you're dropping all tables with this option), later we can optimise and drop only what is needed. If that's correct, check if your P-States are fine (maybe DPCIManager is the easiest way), you should have every state from 14 or 15 up to 36 (for your processor specifically). That will tell us your SSDT is good and loaded. Have you patched your DSDT? Take a look on the patches for Ivy Bridge here: http://Olarila.com/forum/patches.php The EHCI influences on sleep and is one of the very few patches I manually apply to my DSDT (most of them I apply with Clover) If all's correct, then you may try: http://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Configuration/ACPI#DropTables DSDT / SlpSmiAtWake DSDT / SuspendOverride Lastly... Attach here your Clover's config.plist if still not working. Mavericks 10.9.2 Retail When you ask for support, remember to tell the bootloader you use
van_dis Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Well thanks for the respond, but I have stopped using OSX because I had a lot of problem w/ it and it takes my time during my studies, so I'll go back when holidays come (incha2allah) and I might see what I can do. My DSDT is patched for AHDA (Realtek ALC275-audio layout=28? ) and for Intel HD4k (I use sometimes clover for that) and XHCI and EHCI (fixes, I don't see what they do but it doesn't seem to affect to sleep -either I have them or not- ) and for Battery (rehabman's repo of MaciASL's patches) for Sony Vaio S (I have SVS13A290X aka S13P ) and that's it Thanks you all of the helping
JD7 Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 - It works. Thanks for the information and the perl script. Nearly 100% working Hackintosh
Micky1979 Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Hi guys to @RehabMan, @Philip Petev and @Oldnapalm, this if seems a little stupid on my part, but I was reading here on InsanelyMac:http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/132-aicpmpatch/..... Can I be included in the credits (or for a de-merit) for a little little little stupid thing? the lipo version included in the new AICPMpatch, that originally was not included in the patch and then added by me, (but otool also i think, at least the one at insanelymac..and perhaps that's why the output is different from the known latest versions), are the same I've added to Pandora.app last year, and are not a new particular version, but are simply a compiled version in 10.6.8 with xCode 3.xx (or latest 4.x ??)....so both are old version, but working on all OSX version since SL. This was necessary because calling lipo by the command line from Mavericks on, a message would appear asking to download that command(s) line, and this appen when Xcode is not installed on the new operating systems or even if them are included manually in /usr/bin, making any automation unusable... only this. Thank you references:http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/289758-pandoras-box-beta-2-testing/page-11#entry1938144 and http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/289913-dv6-6xxx-dv7-6xxx-os-x-mavericks-1093/#entry1924949 (I've also requested for a change in a PM to el coniglio but never answered) Micky1979 PS (And please add the license for otool and lipo: APPLE PUBLIC SOURCE LICENSE Version 2.0 - August 6, 2003 )
