I try to install Catalina on Dell Vostro 3470 ( Slim Factor ) 70157884. Can i have EFI for install. I install but  my screen many flicker

 CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 (2.80 GHz upto 4.0 GHz, 6 Cores 6 Threads, 9 MB cache)
- RAM: 4GB DDR4 2400MHz
- HDD: 1TB HDD
- VGA: Intel® UHD Graphics 630
- Wlan + Bluetooth
