wake from sleeping, screen freezing on catalina 10.15.4

hello,

i have problem after upgrade catalina to 10.15.4, everything work well, but after sleeping a few seconds and waking up the screen by pressing enter, the screen freezes, but the mouse works fine, and I have to press the power button to make it normal again.

if using catalina 10.15.3 all working fine

any ideas how to fix this?

hardware :

laptop dell vostro 5459 

Intel® Core™ i5-6500U | 8 GB DDR3 | Intel HD 520

u have updated kexts and bootloader?

Yes, I am using the latest version, but it still freezes, when it is forcibly turned off and turned on again, there are no error reports and panic

thank you very much, it worked
I try to close the laptop display until the fan turns off (sleep mode), and open the laptop display, taaadaaaa... everything works normally and doesn't freeze ?
